UTSA’s space-related programs, in collaboration with Southwest Research Institute, offer students hands-on experience in rocket propulsion and space physics. Michael Velez, a graduate student in the joint UTSA-SwRI Space Physics program, is contributing to NASA’s Europa Clipper Mission, which aims to study Jupiter’s moon.
