Education:
B.S. in Astronomy & Astrophysics and Interdisciplinary Physics, Minor in Museum Studies — University of Michigan

Research Interests:
I’m broadly interested in heliophysics, especially space weather and the Sun’s influence on the heliosphere. I’m set to work with the Suprathermal Ion Spectrograph (SIS) aboard Solar Orbiter, contributing to studies of energetic ion populations and their connection to solar wind dynamics and transient solar events.
My background includes:

  • Research on planetary nebulae in the X-rays

  • Multi-spacecraft observations of interplanetary shocks

  • High-energy extragalactic spectroscopy

I’ve always been passionate about bridging science and community, with a strong commitment to making physics more accessible and engaging to the public.

Fun Fact:

  • I love to cook and have set a life goal of making a meal from every country in alphabetical order — I’m currently over 30 countries in!
